MindLits is built by EfficientWorks. This notice explains what we collect on mindlits.ai, why, and the choices you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your name, email, role and goal, and your WhatsApp number if you give it.
- Teams: company name, contact name, work email, team size and, if you add it, what you'd use MindLits for.
- Your IP address, briefly, to stop repeated automated sign-ups.
Why we use it
- To manage your waitlist spot and tell you when doors open.
- To send WhatsApp reminders and updates, only if you tick the box. You can opt out anytime.
- To contact your team about team plans, if you used the teams form.
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who handles it
Your submission is sent to our team by email through our email provider. Page analytics, where used, never include your name, email or phone number.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint. Email join@mindlits.ai and we'll reply.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
